Hi Ladies,
What with Amys' new show starting next Tuesday night, it only stands to reason that SURELY Amy will be making some televisions appearences on the talk show circuit...to get people to watch. I'd dearly LOVE to see her on "Ellen" again...or maybe even Good Morning America, SO, let's all keep our ears and eyes open for any announcements. I will be home Monday and Tuesday and would be more than happy to tape ANYTHING she's on for the rest of you gals who have to work...SOO...just give a yell!. Love you all!, Kory |

I Was watching Grey's Anatomy tonight and Amy was there. She is a sex therapist, infertility specialist and I already love her character. Her hair is shorter and really cute and I love her wardrobe. I think I am going to LOVE her new character. It is just good to see her on TV again. YOU GO GIRL;) Thanks Amy for the inside scoop about your show, I know this fan club is going to LOVE your new character...we already do love YOU!;)

I'm sorry.. I thought every one knew the GA spin off episode was on last night. But don't fear it will be on again today(Friday) @ 8.(est)

I JUST WATCHED IT, AND HERE'S WHAT I THINK....
First of all, I can see why Amy would be attracted to this type of show, with it's ensamble cast....SHE DOES'NT HAVE TO DO ALL THE WORK!!. I spied at least TWO actors that previously appeared on Judging Amy...the girl who underwent brain surgery to alieviate her amnesia...I don't remember her role on JA but immediately recognized her...and the fella who was't interested in having sex with his wife played the father on JA who couldn't hug his daughter without wearing gloves due to his Obsessive Compulsion. He was also featured in the play we went to see Amy in, his name is Charles Janasz...he's absolutely MARVELOUS by the way. It was also wonderful to see Mare Winningham back on television after MUCH too long a time!. Now to OUR Amy Girl....not only did she look ABSOLUTELY peachy in ALL of her stunning closeups...it was fun to watch her interact and BE someone else, she showed us MANY sides to herself as an actress...which doesn't surprise me...but...inspires me to see MORE of what she has in store for us as her audience. I think this is a GREAT beginning for OUR Ames...and can hardly wait for what she's got up her sleave for us next!. SO proud of you Amy!. Love, Kory |

I just loved seeing our Amy girl on tv again! Her character Violet is so likable and I can tell Amy will be putting alot of her quirky, highly emotional, and complex personality traits into her.
To be honest, I wasn't totally thrilled with the show in general, it was too choppy, too many things going on, it would have been better without The Seattle scenes thrown in!(I'm not a GA fan so that could be why!)  But I can see the possility of PP evolving into something very good! Tim Daly can be a real hoot. I just loved him in wings! Please pray for the writers. Its really the writing that makes or breaks a show!We saw that from The whole JA Season 6 fiasco! As Kory stated, this is a very talented bunch, and I look forward to getting to know the new people that Amy will be weaving her acting magic with (hopefully for many years to come) These characters are so fresh and the actors are just getting to know one another, but I believe that once they all get into each others groove, THEY'LL BE ABSOLUTE DYNOMITE TOGETHER! p.s. I really hate to say this (please don't tell Amy)but she is going to end up being the star of this show too. She can't help it, she's a powerhouse and a Bright Shinning Star. Her audience can't help but fall in love with her, and she can't help but be in control! SHHHH Fan Club President

I SOOO agree with you about Tim Daly...I too loved him on Wings...and am ashamed to say that I'd forgotten just how MUCH he'd contributed to that show..hummmmm...must be in the genes!. I...like you...also believe that OUR Ames...has much to give to the character of Violet, and here's hoping that the writers will "pick up" on her subtle, as well as smart sassyness...ALONG with her quirkiness...THAT is a given!. You know another thing that I love about Amy, the person?, I feel that theres a built in kindness toward she and her fellow actors, a true GENEROSITY if you will...maybe it goes back to her early training as a touring acting group, doing ensamble work. She seems to make lasting friendships...often bringing them into her projects now...and...that tells me VOLUMNS about her...and I'm just SO impressed by this!. It's SO wonderful to have our girl back on television...don't know about YOU gals...but I've missed her terribly!. Love, Kory |

Okay, so It hought Private Practice was starting tonight, May 10th. Thank God I only had a final tonight and made it home early, thinking I'd be able to see it. But GA is on. I can kick myself for missing the pilot.
So....when is the show aring again? And Brooke, any way I can get the ep. I missed added onto the DVD? Ugh, I can't believe I ditzed out like that.  Cathee (still kicking herself) |

my abc network has not shown Private Practice...I even went to abc.com and searched for the show by name and that yeilded no results!! I am really bummed that I have missed the show so far...I simply can't get it. I only saw Amy on GA that one time 2 weeks ago. Please help me sisters, am I the only one who can't get the show?

That's good to know, i thought the ABC stations in Idaho and Kansas were depriving us of the show. lol At least you saw her on GA. I didn't know she was goign to be on. I'll have to catch it in reruns.

This STUNNINGLY beautiful picture of our Ames, quite literally, takes my breath away...I have NEVER seen a lovelier photo of her, and, I've seen quite a few!. Is there ANY chance that it could be used as on our new website?...not only does it represent where Amy is at in her career, but, it is indicative of the direction of where WE as her fan club...wish to go, which is UPWARD AND ONWORD behind her in EVERY way!.
